Twelve terms, in plain words.
You know upfront how you pay, what becomes yours and how you stop.
What you can expect from us.
1. Where they apply
To every quote and agreement of airesults B.V. The NLdigital Terms 2025 always apply and come as an annex to the agreement. In a conflict, the agreement comes first, then this page, then NLdigital. Dutch law applies.
2. The discovery call
A call of 45 minutes about the task that costs your team the most time. You get a map of your processes, one first candidate and advice on the route. A quote follows only when you ask for one.
3. The routes
A Startsprint takes 6 working days at a fixed price; on day 6 you decide: go, change or stop. A Project has a fixed price and a duration we agree upfront. The ongoing partnership runs per month: every month a release, a measured number and a go/no-go. There is no obligation to buy the whole. The amount is in the quote, never on the site.
4. Payment
At the start of an ongoing partnership you pay 1 month in advance; we settle it against the last invoice. After that we invoice monthly in arrears, with a payment term of 30 days. We invoice a Startsprint and a Project as the quote says. Amounts exclude VAT.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel the ongoing partnership every month, in writing or by e-mail, with a notice period of 1 month. There is no minimum term. A Startsprint ends on day 6; a Project runs until the agreed delivery.
6. Delivery
A release or phase that you take into use is delivered and counts from then on “as is”. After that, maintenance falls under the ongoing partnership or the Care plan. AI makes mistakes, as people do: that is why there is a human check before anything leaves your business, and you stay responsible for the use of the results.
7. Ownership
What we build specifically for you becomes yours after full payment: the code, the configuration and the documentation. Generic building blocks, methods and knowledge, also when we develop them during the work, stay ours; you get a lasting right to use them in your own system. We never make a literal copy of your system for someone else, and we never share your confidential information.
8. Your own accounts
The system runs on an AWS account in your name. The vendors of models, connectors and storage invoice you directly. You manage the subscriptions, API keys and accounts; we tell you which ones you need and help you set them up. We have no control over their prices, availability and terms.
9. Data and personal data
For personal data in your system you are the controller and we are the processor. We sign a data processing agreement before the processing starts. You tell us in writing which data may not pass through external AI services. See also the data rule.
10. Liability
Limited to an amount in the agreement, per event and per calendar year. Consequential damage, lost profit and missed savings are excluded. For a data breach that is our fault and for an infringement of third-party rights, a separate, higher maximum applies, also in the agreement. Where the agreement says nothing, the NLdigital Terms apply.
11. Reference and confidentiality
We may name your company, logo, sector and the general nature of the work as a reference, also on this site and in quotes. For a case with numbers, screens or quotes we first ask your written approval. What is not public stays confidential for both parties, during and after the collaboration.
12. The end
When the collaboration ends, you get the system in a transferable form: code, infrastructure as code, documentation and the recorded trainings. You get your data in a common format; we delete our copy when you ask. Right away, you change all passwords and keys we had and revoke our access.
