You visit this site No cookies, no analytics. Your IP address is in the request, as with every website. To show the page. The site and its fonts are served from AWS CloudFront. We store nothing.
You fill in the form Name, e-mail address, company and role, your task and the size of your team. To answer you and to plan the discovery call. The form goes through our server at AWS in the EU as a mail to our mailbox at Google Workspace, EU data centres. The server keeps nothing. Up to 1 year after our last contact. If you become a client, the row “You are a client” applies.
You book a slot in the calendar Name, e-mail address and the time. To put the appointment in both calendars and invite you. Google Calendar. The calendar loads only after your click. As long as the appointment is in our calendar, plus 1 year.
You have a video call with us Video, audio and a transcript, when a note-taking bot joins. To record the summary and the agreements. The note-taking bot is Recall.ai. The text goes into our own Brain on AWS, EU. As long as the relationship runs. The bot is always visible; if you do not want a recording, we switch it off.
You are a client Contact details, the agreement, invoices and the mails about the work. To perform the agreement, to invoice and to keep our records. Google Workspace and our bookkeeping, EU. Invoices and the agreement for 7 years (legal retention duty). The rest up to 1 year after the agreement ends.
You have us build a system The data in your system, with the personal data in it. Only to build, test and maintain the agreed system. An AWS account in your name, in the EU. Model calls go through the API to Anthropic, OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock; they do not train on your data. You decide, under your data processing agreement. At the end we hand over the data in a common format and delete our copy when you ask.

The 7-year period is the legal retention duty in the Netherlands. The other periods are our choice. Is your situation missing? Mail tim@airesults.nl.
